Seamless Secretarial Solutions (“SSS”) was established by Yvette Dembskey in March 2019 who is the sole incorporator of SSS, a Level 4 B-BBEE Company.
SSS offers outsourced Company Secretarial services on an independent and arms length basis to Companies and Trusts which is an affordable alternative to employing a suitably experienced full-time, in-house Company Secretary.
Yvette boasts a total of 42 years’ experience in the Company Secretarial field which she has attained from a total of 25 years with the previously listed Edgars Group (Edcon), a short period at Resilient Properties Limited, 6 years with Torre Industries Limited, who were also listed until April 2019 and 3 years with the ELB Group Limited who were listed until January 2021 and subsequently converted to a private company in February 2021.
She has a CIBM Diploma (Chartered Institute of Business Management ) and a part CSSA (Chartered Secretaries of South Africa).
The services provided by SSS are suited to both listed and unlisted companies who need guidance and assistance in practicing good corporate governance, enabling them to a reach high levels of Professionalism and Compliance and we take pride in delivering all jobs on a very short turn around time.

Our History
